Tryambaka we worship, sweet augmenter of prosperity. As from its stem the cucumber, so may I be released from death, not reft of immortality. - Rig Veda 7.59.12March 31st, 2019, I joined with the Om Kriya Yog foundation to partake in Shiva Pooja for the benefit of Prime Minister Modi and the BJP party in the upcoming Indian elections in April
The ceremony began with the Mahamrityunjaya Mantra which means "Great Death-conquering Mantra". The mantra is derived from Rig Veda Verse 7.59.12 which addresses Tryambaka, "the three-eyed one", an epithet for Shiva in his personality as Rudra. Shiva is in his Rudra form when he is associated with the roaring and howling of storms, the personification of terror, frightening the enemies and establishing himself as "god of gods"
The mantra is said to be beneficial for mental, emotional and physical health and bestows longevity and immortality. This mantra is addressed to Lord Shiva for warding off untimely death. As Modi is a true dharmic leader who is seeking to raise India to its proper place as a world power he has many enemies, the enemies of not only nation but Hinduism itself.
Oṃ tryaṃbakaṃ yajāmahe sugandhiṃ puṣṭivardhanam
urvārukamiva bandhanān mṛtyor mukṣīya mā'mṛtāt
We meditate on the three-eyed Absolute Reality (Shiva)That permeates and nourishes all like a fragrance.
May we be bestowed with liberation from death for the sake of immortality,Even as the cucumber is severed from its bondage to the creeper.
The puja focused on the 11 Rudras and the 11 Radranis. According to the Vishnu Purana, Shiva in his fierce Rudra form was born from the anger of the creator-god Brahma. The furious Rudra was in Ardhanari form, half his body was male and the other half female. He divided himself into two: male and female. The male form then split itself into eleven, forming the eleven Rudras. Some of them were white and gentle; while others were dark and fierce. Also born were the 11 Radranis who were divided from Rudra's female side.
In the Mahabharata, the warrior Aswatthama is the avatar of one of the eleven Rudras. Before the great Mahabharata war, Bhishma declared that it will be virtually impossible for anyone to kill or defeat Ashwatthama in war as he is the part incarnate of Rudra. Bhishma said when Ashwatthama becomes angry then it will be impossible to fight him as he becomes a second Siva. No one can handle his wrath and fury. The tragic death of one of Aswatthama's beloved comrades makes Aswathama extremely angry and he erupts with his Rudra energy to annihilate the enemies of both dharma and tribe
Ruda is the god of good because he destroys evil. India is dealing with enemies within and on her borders. Islamic Pakistan continues to provoke and endanger India by incubating terror cells within Pak borders and waging jihad missions in Kashmir which Pakistan is desperately trying to annex. In order to defeat these enemies Modi, the BJP and India need to be protected from death and be vigorous in mind, spirit, and body. Modi needs to terrify the enemies of India and Hinduism, and like Ashwatthama he may have to do it almost single-handedly. May Shiva as Rudra in all his 11 forms aid Modi in his election and his righteous war to protect India.
